I. Basic information about the purchase and sale contract
1.1 These general contracting conditions, together with the particular conditions that may be established when contracting the products of this website, will expressly regulate the relations that arise between Au Revoir Cinderella and third parties (hereinafter "buyers") who use the portal www.aurevoircinderella .com and purchase the products offered through it.
1.2 The user who completes the purchase process on this website and pays the price indicated at the end of the process will receive a communication that the purchase has been completed. From that moment, you acquire the status of buyer, and will have accepted these general contracting conditions.
1.3 The particular conditions of the contract (price, taxes, products purchased, maximum delivery dates, buyer's data, etc.) will be established at the end of the purchasing process, in accordance with the buyer's choices and the data provided. These particular conditions, together with these general conditions, will constitute the contract between the consumer and Au Revoir Cinderella.
1.4 Au Revoir Cinderella may modify these general conditions by publishing said modifications on the website so that they can be known by users always before visiting the portal or purchasing any goods offered. These modifications will not have retroactive effects, that is, they will only be applicable to purchases made after their publication.
II. Purchase process and steps
2.1 The products offered on the portal, along with their characteristics and prices, will appear on the screen.
The shipping costs to the user's home will also appear on the screen. There will be no shipping costs for purchases to Spain, Portugal and Andorra. Shipping costs for shipping to the rest of Europe will be €15 and €25 for the rest of the continents.
The prices indicated on the screen are in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
2.2. To purchase the products offered on the Au Revoir portal, Cinderella will ask users to register, and they must complete the instructions that appear on the screen, specifically:
- Fill out the electronic form that appears on the portal at any time.
- Press the "Accept" button.
- Receive the "Username" and "Password" in the user's email account.
The username and password are personal and non-transferable.
2.3 Once the user has registered, and to proceed with the purchase of products, they must add the product they want to the shopping cart, according to the instructions on the screen, completing for this purpose the order form provided and sending it to www.aurevoircinderella .com , which implies reading and accepting all these general conditions.
2.4 Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always before thirty (30) days have passed from the execution of the purchase, the Customer Service Department of www.aurevoircinderella.com will send the purchasing user to the address indicated in the form or the indicated email, the corresponding invoice. The order confirmation sent by www.aurevoircinderella.com will not be valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
2.5 Delivery times from payment of the purchase.
Deliveries in Spain and Portugal are made between 24 and 48 hours (working days). Deliveries to the Canary Islands are made between 2 and 6 business days.
Deliveries to the rest of Europe are made between 2 and 6 business days.
Deliveries to other continents are made between 7 and 20 business days.
III. Right of withdrawal
If you have made your purchase through our website, you will have the right of withdrawal within the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. You will be able to return it for a full refund without having to give any reason. This exercise of the right of withdrawal is completely free. In this case, the shipping costs for that return will be borne by the customer.
You can send the items purchased by any means of your choice to our store in Madrid, or deliver them personally to any of our establishments in Spain.
Remember that the items must be received within the established period of 14 days, or else they will not be entitled to a financial refund and a voucher will be issued for the amount in their favor (valid for 1 year from its issuance).

IV. Return guarantee and exchange policy
In accordance with article 118 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the consumer has the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract, when he has received it in a defective form. or in poor condition.
This law provides in its article 123 that the seller will be liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.
As additional guarantees from Au Revoir Cinderella, the consumer may request a change in size or model within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The process to follow is the following:
1. Enter the invoice or your order information in the shoe box (clearly indicating your order number), and a note in which you specify the product and size for which you wish to make the exchange.
2. Items must be sent in their original condition, including the shoe box , with no signs of being used or damaged. Otherwise, the exchange of the product will not be accepted. Remember to properly pack the original box to avoid damage during shipping or labeling.

4. Once the package is received, the requested change will be sent to you as long as the product is in stock. In the event that the purchased product is more expensive than the product for which you wish to exchange it, Au Revoir Cinderella will save your credit for future purchases in the form of a voucher, which you can redeem within 1 year from its issuance.
If you do not want any other item, you can request a voucher for the total amount.
Au Revoir Cinderella is not responsible for the costs of shipping the product to our store, but is responsible for the costs of shipping the new product to your home .
V. Processing of buyers' personal data
The consumer expressly accepts and consents to the processing of their personal data in the terms described in these general contracting conditions and in the privacy policy of this website.

VIII . Applicable law. Jurisdiction and competence.
This contract will be governed by Spanish law as long as the sale is carried out within Spain. In particular, Law 7/1998 on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Law 7/1996 on the regulation of retail trade.
Within the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, the Consumer Code of Catalonia will also apply.
To hear jurisdictional conflicts that may arise between consumers of the products offered and Au Revoir Cinderella, the courts of the domicile of the consumer or user affected by said conflict within Spanish territory will be competent.
