You can request an exchange of size or model within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.
You can also request a refund for your purchase within 30 calendar days of purchasing the item.
The process to follow is as follows:
1. Request the exchange or return through our returns centre: access it via the home page, at the bottom, under SUPPORT - Process your Exchange or Return.
For size exchanges, you can request it directly on the returns portal by selecting the new size you want.
For exchanges for another model or item, request a return and then indicate on the returns form (to be attached to the shipment) the item you wish to exchange.
2. Select the correct shipping method for your exchange or return. You can also deliver or exchange the item at one of our physical stores (provided that you have requested this channel and have the exchange or return approval form).
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging or box and include the purchase receipt (or order confirmation email) and the return or exchange acceptance form in the package.
4. Items must be sent in their original condition, including the intact box, with no signs of use or damage. Otherwise, the product exchange will not be accepted. Remember to pack the original box properly to avoid damage during shipping or labelling (boxes damaged during shipping that were not already damaged at the time of origin will not be accepted).
5. Send or deliver your exchange/return to the indicated location.
Important note: for returns received more than 30 calendar days after the date of purchase, no refund will be made, but a voucher (with no expiry date) will be issued.
6. Once we receive your exchange or return, you will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the exchange/return.
In the case of an exchange, we will immediately send your new item to the address provided.
In the case of a return: the amount of the item will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase within 5-7 days of receiving the product. (Depending on the bank issuing the payment, the refund period may vary.)
Important note: Au Revoir Paris does not cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns, but it does cover the shipping costs for the new item to your address.
For shipments from the Canary Islands, please remember not to declare the purchase value of the product, as the brand will not cover customs fees or duties. We recommend declaring that it is a return from a previous purchase and always including the original purchase receipt.
- If you only present the Gift Voucher, a voucher (with no expiry date) for the same amount will be issued.
- If the product does not have any manufacturing defects, Au Revoir Paris will not be responsible if any of its products are not comfortable or suitable for use, as the customer has 30 days to return or exchange the product before use and check that it suits their needs and/or anatomy.

1-year quality guarantee
All our items come with a full quality guarantee for the first year after purchase.
If the item delivered to the customer is in poor condition or has a defect, and this is due to causes attributable to the company or manufacturing, provided that it is within the first year of the guarantee, a repair or replacement may be requested.
If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
On the other hand, if the repair of the item is not satisfactory, or the problem persists, you will be entitled to a full refund of the item.
For the warranty to be valid, it is essential to keep the purchase receipt or similar proof of purchase showing the model purchased, the amount/value of the item, and the date of purchase.
