Returns & Exchanges
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can request a change of size or model within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of the product.
You can also request a refund for your purchase within 30 calendar days of purchasing the item.
The process to follow is as follows:
1. Request an exchange or return through our returns center : access it through the home page, at the bottom, under ASSISTANCE - Process your Exchange or Return.
For size changes, you can request it directly on the same returns portal by selecting the new desired size.
For exchanges for another model or item, request a return, and then indicate on the return form (to be attached to the shipment) the item you want to exchange it for.
2. Please select the correct shipping method for your exchange or return. You can also make the delivery or exchange at one of our physical stores (provided it has been requested through this channel and you have the approval sheet for the exchange or return).
3. Pack the product well in its original packaging or box and include in the package the purchase receipt (or email confirmation of your order), and the acceptance sheet for your return or exchange .
4. Items must be returned in their original condition, including the intact box, with no signs of use or damage. Otherwise, the product exchange will not be accepted. Remember to properly pack the original box to prevent damage during shipping, including the labeling (boxes damaged during shipping that were not already damaged upon arrival will not be accepted).
5. Send or deliver your exchange/return to the indicated location.
Important note: For returns received more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date, no cash refund will be issued, but rather a voucher (with no expiry date).
6. Once we receive your exchange or return, you will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of the exchange/return.
In case of a change, we will immediately send your new item to the address indicated.
In case of return: the item price will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-7 days of receiving the product. (The refund period may vary depending on the issuing bank.)
Important note: Au Revoir Paris does not cover the shipping costs for exchanges or returns , but does cover the shipping costs of the new item to your address.
For shipments from the Canary Islands, please remember not to declare the purchase price of the product, as the brand will not cover customs duties or taxes. It is recommended to declare that it is a return from a previous purchase and always include the original receipt.
- If only the Gift Ticket is presented , a voucher (without expiry date) will be issued for the same amount.
- If the product does not present any manufacturing defects, Au Revoir Paris will not be responsible if any of its products are not comfortable or convenient to use, since the customer has 30 days to return or exchange the product before use and check that it suits their needs and/or anatomy.

2-year quality guarantee
All our items have a full quality guarantee for the first 2 years after the date of purchase.
If the item delivered to the customer is in poor condition or has any defect, and this is due to causes specific to the company or manufacturing, provided that it is within this warranty period, a repair or replacement of the item may be requested.
If the item is not repairable or replaceable, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
On the other hand, if the repair of the item is not satisfactory, or the problem persists, you will be entitled to a full refund of the item.
For the warranty, it will be essential to keep the purchase receipt or similar proof showing the model purchased, the amount/value of the item, and the purchase date.
