Terms and Conditions

1. In order to assign the beneficiary of the Gift Voucher, you must indicate the person's information in the information field that you will find when formalizing the order.

2. Neither gift vouchers nor gift cards can be used to pay for gift vouchers and gift cards.

3. Gift vouchers and gift cards have no cash redemption value.

4. Any unused balance will be saved, to use for your future purchases.

5. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher or gift card, you will have to pay the difference with other payment methods.

6. AuRevoirCinderella gift vouchers and gift cards can be redeemed on the website or in any of our stores in Barcelona or Madrid to purchase products.

7. Gift vouchers, gift cards and unused balances of gift vouchers and gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. The gift voucher and gift card can be applied to an order in progress on the Order Summary page in the "My Account" section of our website.

9. The normal terms and conditions of purchase and use of the AuRevoirCinderella.com website apply.

10. AuRevoirCinderella.com may provide buyers with information about the usage status of the checks and gift cards they purchase.

11. Please note that minors are not allowed to purchase products on AuRevoirCinderella.com and may only use AuRevoirCinderella.com under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are considering giving a gift voucher or gift card to someone under 18, make sure they are aware of these limitations.

12. One or more gift vouchers and gift cards can be redeemed in a single order. Gift vouchers and gift cards can also be combined with a promotional gift voucher from AuRevoirCinderella.com.

13. AuRevoirCinderella.com is not responsible for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of a gift voucher or gift card.
